This is the foam pre motor filter for the Bissell Healthy Home model 16N5. The filter is located in the door labeled "Filter" behind the dirt container. Push the tab at the top and swing the door down to access. Wash the filter under running water, and MAKE SURE that the filter is air dried completely before re-installing back into the vacuum cleaner.
